Under the skin
What actually happens before we cut steel.
A
Openings get a calculated header
Cutting a door or window removes a load path the corrugated skin was carrying — every opening is reinforced to the actual span before we cut.
B
Insulation is climate-specific
Coastal humidity, highland swings and arid heat gain each call for a different spec — chosen per site, not applied as a default.
C
Services route around structure
Plumbing and wiring run through cavities planned alongside the structural design, so future maintenance never means cutting load-bearing steel.
